  Don't pawn your jewelry at this shop if you intend to redeem it. I have and when I received my property back some items were missing. Also they gave me incorrect information as to when I needed to pay the monthly fee on my items. I think they did this so that I'd be late and would subsequently lose my property. I've found their actions to be dishonest and shady so pawner beware!!!

  I'm sorry that you had a bad experience, but I can assure you that we did not lose any of your jewelry (In our past 30 years of business this has never happened). We tried to look your account up, and it appears that you have never pawned anything with us before, maybe you are thinking of a different pawn shop?? As for information on when interest has to be paid we always encourage our customers to call us if they have any questions. Once again, I think you might have us confused with another pawn shop.

  The 3 guys that do business there are amazing,, clean environment and reasonably priced on all there inventory.....and once again, amazing on the pawns that you need,... to get you through the week/hard times,,, it's my new #1 go to place...
