  This was my third time of purchasing a house but it was the best experience ever !!! The Palm Beach Mortgage Group intervened under challenging circumstances at the time and got the job done!!! A great team of professionals, focused to do their best and they were very efficient throughout the whole process. I highly recommend them! and when I purchase another home ... they will be my only choice.

  Fantastic! Rich and Vanessa are the best. I got a great rate for my refi and underwriting was a breeze. They even helped me track down my original survey and owners title policy (from 15+ years ago) to help me save money at closing. They really care about their clients. I highly recommend them!!

  I never thought I'd be saying "condo buying is fun"! It didn't start out that way! I had forgotten all the documents required to begin the lending process. In spite of that, the Suzanne Downs team was excellent in detailing all the documents I needed. They did an excellent job in taking the ball and running with it. They communicated loan status every step of the way and left little to stress about. When it came to some options in financing, they provided the numbers in simple to understand terms. As a consumer, your team was "Top Notch"! As a realtor, I am very confident about sending buyers to you for their loan needs.
