  My teller, Hurthessia Thompson was professional yet personable. She took care of my banking needs and answered my questions as well as verified my identity. I had an account that was dormant and she explained the procedure as well as expedited the process. I find the staff there always, friendly and helpful. I don’t stop in often because I usually do mobile deposits but when I do stop by they remember my name and always make me feel like they appreciate my business. The assistant manager is awesome too!

  The Okeechobee branch offers phenomenal service and professionalism. As one who appreciates convenient options I usually opt for the drive thru. My most recent interaction was inside with Hurthessia as my rep. She was friendly and informative while still expediting my request. If I could request her as my permanent rep, I would as she was just that amazing. Service with a smile is common here and that makes writing this review easy. I Love Love Love when employees are taken care of because it shows in how their employees take care of customers. 5 stars all the way.

  Carisa was so informative and friendly today. It was such a great experience. I was about to close an account because I needed to use the money. She explained all the advantages of keeping it open so I would not lose valuable benefits. I will definitely come back to her for help and advice in the future.

  Today I visited the West Palm Beach branch and as usual was assisted by Robin who has ALWAYS been very helpful ..She is definitely an asset for this Bank Her personal care and attention meets the needs and customer service ..Great representative to have here. I will remain a Tropical Member as long as the personel there doesn't change They are ALL wonderful people at that Branch

  Kimberly. is a amazing Assistant manager. She helped me and my children to obtain 2 cars loans, and not only that, she continued help us to do business with Tropical financial credit union up to today. Thank you Kim. Kaeley is becoming an amazing asset to Tropical Financial Credit union. Every time I go to the branch in West palm beach, for all my need, she makes sure that it get results Thank you Kaeley

  I recently came in to get a new debit card. I had received a call over the weekend asking if I was purchasing an IPHONE 13. So he gave me the charges which were not. The card was immediately cancelled. A few days later I went to my Branch (Okeechobee & Job). The agent who helped reconciled other problems as well as getting me a new card. She was extremely kind, cared, smiled the whole time! She’s gem! Thanks Cynthia Kinkela

  My family and I have been supported by Tropical Financial Credit Union for over twenty years. Over the past several months, Robin, specifically has been a tremendous support system. We are transitioning to a new county which is four hours away and she has been there every step of the way. She has provided guidance concerning financial decisions, assisted with technology, and is always just a phone call away. With Robin's help, I feel as if we have never left our Palm Beach home. With God's grace, I look forward to many more years with Robin and Tropical Financial Credit Union.
