  The refinancing process was a very painless experience. Shana provided immediate answers when asked questions. The loan closed earlier than expected, and Shana and team was in communication every step of the way. We would gladly do business again!

  My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Areli after receiving an excellent recommendation from friends. I am truly happy with the decision we made in going forward with her in purchasing our first home. Every time we needed to talk to her she answered right away which is by far a huge quality we loved about her. Areli went above and beyond in making sure we were able to get the loan needed in order to get my dream home and close as fast as possible.   Steve and his staff consistently responded in a timely manner to my questions. Steve in particular was always very patient and able to give explanations that made sense and helped alleviate any concerns I had. Overall we had a very tight closing window and Steve pulled it off without issue.

  My wife and I just bought our second home will Ideal Lending's services. We had the pleasure to deal with Elise and she was great. She was on top of everything, we exceeded every deadline.   Ideal lending was great and easy to work with. They always answered my questions in a very timely manner, especially for a first time homebuyer. I may have saved money or had lower interest rate with other lenders, but Ideal's customer service was a cut above the rest!
