  I enjoyed all of the smooth processes of the buying and selling properties with Donna. With little knowledge of the big island I was fortunate to meet Donna at the beginning of my venture here, Donna is very professional and very knowledgeable to the local real estate market. From purchasing a piece of land, to building a house, to selling the house, to purchasing and selling a condo unit , Donna had helped me all the way, and I am so glad that I took some most valuable advices from her. That was a great memorable life experience, thank you so much Donna!

  Working with Liz and renting via Pacific Isle Properties has been by far the best rental experience I’ve had, in any state. She was easy to work with from the get go. She is quick to respond to any concerns voiced. She always sends rent receipts in a timely fashion. She’s literally superhuman for balancing all of the properties she manages and doing it so well. It’s been such a great experience that I’ve recently secured another unit with Pacific Isle Properties for a family member. Would give 10/5 stars if I could.

  Liz was so helpful when we were looking for a rental. She went to bat for us when our previous property manager decided not to release us from our lease after a previous written statement to the contrary. We’ve had a couple of maintenance and repair issues since moving in, and she has always been open and prompt in communication and arranging good professionals to come out as scheduled, or let us know why not in case of a delay. We would be happy to use her services again.

  Working with Pacific Isles Properties has, and continues to be such a positive experience for me and my family.. We came to Liz 3 years ago with limited renters background and a skewed review from the new landlord that managed our previous dwelling.. She worked hard to keep us updated with her property listings, and always made sure to incorporate our needs within each property that she showed us.. When we found the home we desired, she was prompt in getting our paperwork sorted and into our new home! Its been a great experience since! If there is anything that our house needs fixed or serviced, she is quick and diligent to get the problem delt with.. Her professional attitude has been a delight and her customer service is on point always! We look forward to seeing her when the rent is due.. if you are looking for a decent home to rent with a manager who cares about her clients, I recommend Liz fusco all the way!

  My family and I have had a great experience renting from Pacific Isle Properties. Liz has been very professional and very responsive when I needed to contact her or if I had any questions. Any related maintenance calls were always answered diligently and always prompt regarding repairs. She has shown us professionalism and excellent customer service. We are happy tenants and as long as we reside in the Hilo, Hawaii area I prefer to rent from Pacific Isle Properties. We definitely recommend them for anyone looking for Housing Rentals.   I started renting through pacific isle properties about 5 months ago, and while the initial process seemed to take a while, Liz was helping us through the process and was fairly responsive and gave us updates as possible. The only issue that we had, which I was fairly confused about, was that we were asked to write a letter stating that we were responsible tenants to the homeowner who supposedly had bad tenants before us which they had to evict. Waiting for their response took longer than we’d have liked and to this day we haven’t met them, which I find peculiar if they were so worried about who they were renting to. Despite this, Liz has been helpful all through the the renting process and has replaced any appliance, any fan or faucet, and helped with any issue that’s arisen since we’ve moved in which I appreciate immensely. Anything we brought up was fixed within the week, to include a brand new stove being brought in. While the initial application process seemed a bit awkward and clunky, Liz has been very helpful and very responsive as a property manager and I’ve been very happy with my experience. I’m giving five stars but the initial application process was something we were especially confused by, and I feel like in the future it should be sorted out before allowing applicants to apply for a house. The property manager should be there to screen the applicants and their homeowners should trust their judgement, or not rent their home at all.

  I am very pleased with Pacific Isle Properties and Liz Fusco who has helped me find two great rental properties over the past few years. The first rental had many unseen issues but were always addressed immediately with courtesy and allowed flexibility to my schedule. Her maintenance crew is always on time and addresses the problem promptly with great skill. As a single senior I find comfort in knowing that I can count on her when and if any property issues arise. Glad to have her on my side. Mahalo Liz!

  I met Liz when my good friend was changing Managers for her apartments. Liz is very knowledgeable about the real estate laws concerning landlords and tenants and a consummate professional treating everyone with dignity and respect. She excels at her job under oftentimes stressful conditions. Unfortunately sometimes tenants have to be given lease violations and dealt with to insure the safety and harmony of other tenants. This creates anger and attempts at retaliation. Often from these circumstances the internet trolls unleash a tirade of negative reviews and enlist all their friends, who neither know Liz or have done business with her, to post negative reviews as well in an attempt to drive down the ratings of the individual and their agency. This is the tool of the online generation and quite disgusting when not accurate and done solely as a means of disagreement and retribution, My friend has used Liz and her agency now for several years and is completely satisfied with her performance. Keep up the good work Liz eventually the trolls will go back under their bridge!
