Kyson Kaneko5CU Hawaii FCU has been incredibly helpful to me. Whenever I come in to deposit my cash, they work fast to get me out of their in just a couple of minutes. I’ve gone to some other banks and their wait time is long, but these guys are efficient and got good service 🤙

Ivan Yamanaka1After being with CU Hawaii for over 15 years I am now banking @ First Hawaiian bank! None of my Mobile deposit checks was not deposited simply because it was not written the way they wanted it to be!! Be sure to read all there fine print as with their debit card! You need to opt in on services otherwise you can keep on using a debit card with a negative balance! I will never do any money transactions there if at all possible!!!! I'll be glad to go into more detail if need be! I'd give negative stars if I could!!
Response from the ownerThank you for the feedback regarding our mobile deposit and debit card. If you could give us a call at 808-933-6700 we’d be happy to discuss your details and look into your situation further. Mahalo.

Don Robbins1This is the worst Credit Union I have ever been a member of. They do not care about even their best customers and put up road blocks whenever they can. You get different answers from different employees and different procedures in different branches. There are much better solutions for your banking needs.

Gary Barr3Love the bank but their online services are very bad downloads to quicken don’t work and responses to online requests or transactions are slow or nonexistent/ very bad I’ve complained a number of times and I have not gotten any response. Quicken Data transactions require a re-authorization every single time and the re-authorization codes sometimes do not even get here it is incredibly frustrating. I love credit unions they are local and generally more responsive but in the area of electronic transactions this one sucks big-time

Lindsay SparkleFart5Plenty of parking, small wait time. Everyone is Very Friendly and knowledgeable. The notary service is an excellent bonus to being a member of the credit union. Grab a cookie while you’re there. Or use the drive through lanes- there’s 2!

One love1If you have the time of the world and dont have other responsibilities then CU Hawaii is the bank C/U for you. Dont ever go through their drive through. Half hour wait is about the average time you will be sitting in your vehicle waiting for your turn. If the wait doesn't irritate you then the blazing sun will. AC is a must. Terrible service as far the drive thru goes.

Sarah Conway1Strange policies and fees No such thing as joint accounts. Website/App is a joke. If you’d like remember what it’s like to bank in the 90’s, bank here. Hit or miss on staff friendliness.
