  Karen was an absolute ROCKSTAR to work with. She was able to pull a loan together for a wonderful client of mine who was moving here to Hawai'i to fulfill a life long dream. Karen was quick to roll up her sleeves and get to work. Without her help, my client would have literally been without a home on the mainland and a one way ticket to Hawai'i with no place to go.   Working with Karen was a pleasure. She was always very responsive whenever I had a question. She always kept the ball rolling, and our loan closed promptly, even during a pandemic.   We originally went with Karen for our first time mortgage several years ago and decided to go with her again due to mortgage rates dropping at record lows. We refinanced with her and the process has been just as exceptional as before. Assurance wise we always went with at least 3 different mortgage brokers and like before she gave us the best and lowest rate by comparison. Mahalo Karen!

  Karen has done an exceptional job in the loan process. As a married couple, this was our first mortgage and Karen has been just terrific in being quick with responses to email and phone calls. Karen was very pleasant and informative on every detail, aspect, and options of mortgage loans available to us. We went through several brokers on the big island and ultimately settled with Karen as our main mortgage broker. We had so many questions and Karen was really the only one that was consistent and quick to educate us in the loan process.   Horrible person to work with if local. She treated us like we were stupid for having a lot of questions about the process. Her patience was none existent. I would highly advise using another lender.
