  PEAL has been great to work with from flipping to construction loans. Easy loan applications and website for draws. Customer service has been stellar.   I have worked with Pacific Equity and Loan and have done several investment loans through them and they are super easy to work with, and have always funded my deals on time, if not early!   My lender almost failed my loan while Robert from Pacific Equity and Loan closed my deal in three days! Wow. I called them on Wednesday and my house was closed on Friday with their help. The other lender has one month but could not do it. I was very impressed with the service.
