  Lacey Branch could teach tacoma branches a thing or two about Good Customer Service Skills. The Korean teller @ this Lakewood Branch treats you as if you are a burden to her. Never a good morning or Thank you. If you look different or are not recognized as a regular customer you will defanetly be made to feel as if they don't want your business! If you are Gay or Transgender she will definitely make it clear that you are not welcomed there. Done with this Credit Union. After 9 yrs.

  I have my personal and business account here for over 10 years. I’ve never experienced any problems with my account or their service. I get interests from checking account and they re-inverse fees for using ATM at different bank or location. They don’t charge any fees for checking account. Highly recommend!

  Member for 18 years here. Twinstar used to be the best. They stopped interest bearing checking accounts and opted out of shared branching. They have very few locations so unless you live next door to one cash deposits are impractical. There's SO many other credit unions, no shared branching is nonsensical. They said it is because they were servicing too many Boeing Credit Union Members. Twinstar requires me to maintain a savings account with them because I have a mortgage through another company. Doesn't make sense but it feels like an ex holding me hostage. I just want to move on and they will not let me. Kind of a bummer, they used to be so good. Be surprised if they are around another 5 years. They are failing. Obee gets 5 stars.

  No shared banking. Incorrect Saturday hours listed. Online account access is always messed up and when I call they say it's fixed but still doesn't work. Good customer service at the Parkland/Spanaway and Yelm branches!

  The young Korean cashier is probably the least personable person I've ever seen in a customer service position. She barely makes eye contact. Hardly says a word. When she does speak it's usually one or two words. I've never been remotely rude to her or done anything. It feels like I'm inconveniencing her every time I want to make a deposit.

  Nick Rederick is oh so good with businesses that are looking for a business loan. His practical knowledge is incredibly helpful especially when creating a pathway to success. He is always willing to help and give GREAT advise that works!

  I love TwinStar, best credit Union, always fast and friendly. Only wish they were open a couple hours at least on Saturdays.

  Great Bank, Great Service! Lakewood Branch is the best! I only wish it were open on Saturday, even if short hours.

  As much as I love twin star most of the time...I just drove here because it said they were open until 2pm on Saturday....and they are not.

  Hello C, Sorry for the confusion. The hours you see in google are not correct, and we have been working with them for months to get this information updated. Our website always has the correct hours posted.

  Costomer service is terrible. Stay away from this place and credit union if possible. There are to many banks and credit unions out there for me to be treated with disrespect.
