  Great doc signing company for a notary to sign up with as: Pros 1. Docs arrive in plenty of time to prep for the signing appt. (>90% of time) 2. Docs are consistent and clear in one attachment 3. They call for your availability rather than deal with a mass blast email 4. Very communicative 5. Great office staff 6. Paid timely per their billing structure. Cons: Price is on lower side I really enjoy dealing with the office staff and receive 2-3 (bulk pymt) checks per month for the signings.

  This is a very very reliable company to work for! They contact me to do loan closings independently,..... payment is made within 30 days! They actually email me to make sure I submit my invoice!! What company does that?? I pray they continue to use me for all their loan closings! Thank you Pacific Document Signing Inc!

  I own and operate a real estate closing company in Indiana that employ's several closers/signing agents. We do business with many signing service companies all over the US. We believe there are two companies that stand alone at the top. One of those two is PacDocSign. They are consistent, responsive and pleasant to deal with. They pay in a timely manner and their website portal is easy and efficient to navigate. I always get an email confirmation when assigned a closing which makes it easy to keep track of my assignments and they allow me to operate as a team account (any platform not allowing for a team account is not only ridiculous but incredibly inefficient and backward thinking. We try very hard not to accept jobs from companies/platforms that don't allow for team accounts). I would highly recommend PacDocSign to any title company or lender. They are one of the best closing service companies/platforms in the US.

  I would highly recommend PacDocSign, it's a excellent company to work for. I definitely recommend working with Angel Lucero, the Assistant Operations Manager. She is very professional, easy to communicate with and knows how to the get the job. Dittos to Jimmy and Ceasar.

  I executed signings for this company for over two months, most refinance documents came from Owning Corporation. I was completing on the average of 2 to 5 signings for per day! Getting paid was like "pulling Teeth!! At one point I was owed a little more than $3,000.00 One of my colleagues shared with me that her check from Pacific Document Signing had bounced! Concerned I called the Company and asked to talk to Adrina (Operation’s Manager) to discuss the issues with payment. Adriana got frustrated and started yelling over the phone. She stated that she did not “understand why I was so upset about not getting paid and that eventually I would get paid.” I let Adriana know that I would not be completing any signings until I got paid. At that moment Adriana became so upset and stated that she was going to get me paid and that I would no longer complete signings for her company!! My humble opinion is that Adriana has no emotional poise to have a position as an “Operations Manager and should seek anger management classes” Adrina should handle herself as a professional and called notaries my their names not “HONEY.” She would also benefit from taking Sexual Harassment classes as terms of endearment are a NO, NO in a professional environment. It was Robert (the assistant manager that finally assisted me with getting my final pay.

  I have the pleasure of working with PacDocSign over the last year. They are easy going, responsive and pay timely. Ive work with more often than not with Angel, Jeremy, Cesar who take the time to inquire about me in addition to calling for assignments and providing assistance when needed.

  The manager of this company is hateful and unreliable and cannot be trusted. I was given an assignment and arrived at the assignment on time and was told by the client that he received a call telling him not to sign anything I had. I sat in front of his house about half an hour and the other notary who had supposedly been given the assignment never showed up and was late. Please explain this abhorant behavior. The female who calls herself a "manager" needs to be fired. She is grossly incompetent and untrust worthy.

  I have worked for this company for many years. They pay fairly and on time and I have NEVER had a problem with the manager or any of their schedulers. They recognize the outstanding performance of service I provide for them. The previous reviewers are entitled to their opinions but being in this business requires communication. Maybe there was a lack of it.
