  This was MY experience with these people. Instead of being upfront they kinda give you the run around. My state has special qualifications, instead of just saying that upfront, they TRIED to give me the runaround. Now, I'm not saying they won't help you guys. I'm just saying they were kinda deceitful when it came to me. Everyone can't receive help and that's okay, but why not just be honest about it? Secondly, they appear to be nice but unprofessional. Idk about you guys but when dealing with money I'd rather talk than to text. I think when they start texting, you can't be helped. Just saying shop around before settling. bakerstreet is a good place to start , if your case is in NC.

  Ms. Tan, although we are unable to identify your exact circumstance, what you have stated about Tribeca Lawsuit Loans is not accurate. From our system every single resident of North Carolina requesting a pre-settlement loan was either spoken to or a call attempt was made. Additionally, in January 2022 Tribeca Lawsuit loans successfully funded 8 residents of your state. Also, please note that we do inform all applicants asking for pre settlement funding that your states residents because of your state's legislation has a minimum if $25,000.00. This fact eliminates the majority of applicants. Again, we make attempts to speak with all applicants regardless of state residency, but quite frequently called applicants do not answer our call attempts and most report that they do not answer unknow phone numbers. All people completing our online application form on Tribeca Lawsuit Loans website received a reply with the number we will be calling from, but unfortunately calls are still not answered, and why we will then text and email. Our goal is to provide all applying for a settlement cash advance the best customer service, we give our best effort 100% of the time. But as you stated... Not every applicant is eligible to receive pre settlement funding. I wish that all states did not make as hard to provide legal funding to applicants who would if they lived elsewhere could be provided lawsuit funding. And please note it is not where the case is being tried but where you live. Additionally, all funding company's need to comply with your state's $25,000.00 minimum lawsuit loan amount. Please keep in mind that Tribeca was not responsible for your needing a legal funding and we were trying to help you as result of your states legal requirements. You should direct your frustration to your elected insurance liking lawmakers. Let them know how you feel rather than the inaccuracy you posted online. Regardless I wish the best of luck with your case and hope that you receive the settlement award you deserve.

  My contact person was very unprofessional. I received the first call but nothing after that. I contacted them again and the contact person never returned my call. Two weeks later when I called back the contact person voice mail was full so I could not leave a message. When I did get in contact with them it was weeks later only to let me know I was denied a loan. It was not worth the time.

  Mr. Johnson, I understand your frustration and wish we could have help you with a lawsuit loan. But you spoke with no less than 3 of our staff, me being one. I had informed you that we need the BSA Proof of Claim to have a fighting chance of funding. You were told this by your case manager, a paralegal in our underwriting department and myself. We spoke on several occasions about getting you a pre settlement funding, but as I mentioned I never received any responses from your law firm from my voicemail and email requests. The way a Boy Scout Abuse legal funding works is that we only need your Proof of Claim to evaluate the merits of your case and without the digitally signed and filed complaint we were unable to provide any legal funding. I am sorry that things did not work out but we were trying to help and this has nothing to do with the outcome of your case. The best of luck to you sir. Chris

  If I could give 10 stars I would. Danielle was so kind & super fast through the entire process. I applied on Wednesday night & was the money was in my bank before 5pm on Friday. I would definitely recommend Tribeca if you are needing funds prior to receiving your settlement. I am glad I found them, they came through at a time I really needed it. Thanks to all of you! Danielle YOU ARE AMAZING!

  During a time that I personally was seriously injured and had found myself placed in a financial burden due to a accident. I was forced to seek out alternatives to possibly help me.   I normally do not leave reviews but in this case I feel it is necessary. We are campfire survivers from paradise and although a trust has been set up to pay for our loses, going on three years and we have seen nothing. Being disabled and having to deplete our saving to relocate and start over it has been a financial struggle. I thank tribes capital for loaning us money on our settlement so we are not struggling. I highly recommend it you are looking to get a loan you go with them, the compassion and respect we were shown is way more then we received from the trust. Thank you tribeca!
