  The branch manager here, Jose Luevano, leads a solid staff. I recently opened an account and had a pleasant experience starting with a kind greeting from the guard at the front door. I highly recommend that any serious business professionals request to speak with Sophia regarding any critical financial affairs, as she provided excellent service while creating my account. Although Jonathan, another representative, also did an outstanding job of picking up where we left off while walking me through the online banking enrollment. This team is a great representation of the California Credit Union's capabilities!

  Within 2 weeks of opening an account, before I even received my card, my account was drained.  I contacted the bank immediately and drove in and filled out a fraud dispute. My banker the following Monday advised me that they activated my stolen card with my birthdate and from my cell phone number. I provided them with my cell phone call logs directly from my provider showing it was not me. I also had to file a police report, an identity theft case now that my personal information was compromised, and a complaint with the FCC regarding the phone spoofing. THEY DENIED MY FRAUD based on the activation being from my number, even though I have hard proof that states otherwise. I am now contacting the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, the Federal Reserve Board, the FDIC, the US Securities and Exchange commission and the National Credit Union Administration. I have worked very hard and saved up as much as I could to start my own business, and within 2 weeks everything was gone and my personal information was compromised. I WILL BE CONTACTING EVERYONE AND EVERY AGENCY I CAN TO RELEASE THIS INFORMATION, INCLUDING THE MEDIA IF NEEDED. I cannot believe that this is able to happen; my livelihood was stolen and the bank that is protected will not protect me and instead, denied my fraud claim regardless of the proof I have showing it wasn’t me.

  I would like to thank Jonathan Canas and all the team members for assisting me in obtaining my loan. It was amazing to find a company that still knows the meaning of "Customer Service".   I was jaded by bad blood accumulated at big banks where I always seem to be just another account number. So I looked for a Credit Union to join. The cons: there aren't many branches, nor very many ATMs to deposit at, but I make due. And I find it rather nice to talk to a teller while doing business. The leadership here is outstanding and the tellers are stellar. Muhammed is a welcome, helpful face. Jonathan makes sure affairs and paperwork are in order. Maryna (I hope I got this name right, she's a doll) is a staple for handling day to day matters and the new addition Darryn is a welcome part of the team. And I do mean Team. They all work together and help each other through working out troubles that best benefit you and your needs.

  Jose who is the branch manager and Sofia who is the asst branch manager are two of the most professional nicest people and who really care about their customers! They are always very helpful and try and do the best for their customers! It is always a pleasure for me to go into that branch! 5+ stars!

  Omir Garcia provides excellent customer service and made my auto purchase seamless. Not only was he extremely responsive but I felt completely at ease with him. He provided detailed information and made absolutely sure all of my questions were answered.

  Always fast and friendly. There hasn't been more than 1 person waiting in line before me in over a year. Plenty of parking in the underground lot. I've banked with CCU for years and still drive out of my way to stay with them. Good car and home loan rates too.
