  Today, 12/21/2021, at approximately 11 am, I went to this branch to deposit a check. It was my first time coming to this branch because the branches closest to where I live are temporarily closed. The teller with long fake nails and lashes assisted me. Her customer service is nonexistent. She had to fill in a deposit slip for me which I appreciated, but she made it known that did not like doing it. When she slid the deposit receipt under the window, she made a long sigh, but did not say anything. I said "Thank you", but she did not speak nor look at me. There was no " you're welcome, have a great day or whatsoever. Oh well, I will try a different branch next time. This branch is very unwelcoming :(

  Your services sucks! I was on hold 3 time each time 30 minutes before someone called me but couldnt help e because she couldny get the information I needed.

  Aparently Policy'Change from Bank to Bank Just Needed to Cash a check and teller told me he couldnt so i explained that i had joint accounts but the teller next to him (HAMI) that didnt have time to attend customers but found the time to rudely Interrupt and just said they couldnt do it.Management(Sawires)Was no Help

  The cashier didn’t get my question twice.. I asked her about my daily limits to pull some cash out of my debit, she provided me my balance instead; after I asked about any offers regarding my business credit card, she asked what offers I was interested in, I said “cash deposit or balance transfer” after she was trying to offer me to open another ccard, cuz I was pre-approved for “cash rewards” card recently, and after she notified me that they can’t find my bus cc card in the system.. I took my cash and juz ran away) she was very friendly though lol btw the supervisor was standing right behind her back, and also a branch manager went out of his office and had seen all that had happened as well.. that was kinda weird p.s. and one more thing - both supervisors had never helped their employees because the line was big enough, they re standing behind their back instead, maybe that caused stress..

  Generally good service and attentive bankers at this location. I haven't had to wait more than 5 minutes to sit down with a banker. Also very happy with with BoA's online and mobile products.

  I wish it was zero star option to give to this branch manager and he's name is Justin Crawford . He's being unprofessional super lazy and careless and thought of that he plays hard to get if you important I guess i'm having issue since the 14th of last month's and I tried to reach up to them multiple time but he's never there and he have my case even that he promises me multiple times that he will call me and he never did And he looked up my file in his desk so no one owls can help me out but himself he never take a moment to reach out to me it was a bank error for $1.204.79 is being paid to the bank by mistake and I still didn't get my money back or someone to call me to let me know what's happening But on the other hand you have this banker name's John Andi Trinidad. Hey the guy behind the scene working his ass off everything I'm a go there he's all over the place doing everybody else's job and not get paid for it hit that one should be the manager of the branch he is very sweet man very professional and he does care really good image for Bank of America And if you wanted to open business account Michael Smith is your man he will get you in and out in less than 15 minutes he knows what he's doing Everybody there seems to be nice i'm hard workers I think was out with the branch manager they would do much better But he's never there anyway I'm fortunate people like this manager screw everybody else Hardwork Good luck to Bank of America
