      The two workers were horrible at attending and explaining the new rules of cashing a check. They weren’t kind, they had no patience, and wouldn’t tell me exactly what I was asking. I got $8 taken away from my check and the workers wouldn’t explain anything to me whenever I was asking them.

      We are sorry to hear this, the reason why the charge has increased to $8 is only in personal checks, since this type of checks has a higher risk and nowhere do they want to change them, we are the only check cashing that takes the risk of change them in NWA.
