  The people and service of Pawn USA is nothing short of spectacular. They rescued me at a nearby uhaul place who left us with no help. I personally know that the reason for there recent bad reviews is because they chose to keep their honor in the face of a disgruntled customer who wanted to buy a gun illegally and they refused service.

  I would not advise anyone to go to this Pawn Shop. I went it to look at purchasing a gun and I had a gun pulled out on me from the store clerk. I spoke to him when I came in and let him know what I was looking for, so I clearly posed no threat. When I asked him why he pulled the gun out he stated "I spooked him because I had all black on with a mask." Last time I checked everyone was wearing mask, me especially because I had covid recently and just got over it. He stated that they get robbed all the time and he always pulls guns out on customers, I didn't believe that. I know exactly why it was pulled on me. And if he is pulling guns out on customers on a regular basis, then this place needs to be out of business before someone gets hurt. If you are a black male in NWA please do not ever go to this pawn shop. If I could've given this place 0 stars I would have, but it made me chose at least one to post my review. Stay away from this pawn shop.

  Unbelievably nice people, went out of his way to help me with something, with no added benefit to him. That’s truly good people. Professionalism and courtesy, highly recommend!

  My husband and I rented a uhaul from the gentlemen here. They were super friendly and very understanding when we called to say we may be a few minutes late. If we ever move again (hopefully we don't haha) we will rent from them again.

  I have used this place a few times. Of all the others in this area, I find them the most fair and helpful of all. As in any other business, once they get to know you are an honest person needing a loan and will not leave anything you get a loan on, they will treat you with respect and help you as much as they can. Very understanding, friendly, and helpful managment. I know that they dont sell junk and just try to make a buck by taking in junk. Customers and reputation clearly matter here.

  Ive been in the area for 8years now, and LOVE pawn shopping. This place is by far the worst customer service ever. They are always behing the counter on the computer watching videos, and when you aproach them they act as if your a big inconvienience to their duty. They always lowball you, and want an arm and leg for junk. Have never been to any other location, but this one in particular is horrible. Stay away and take business elsewhere

  Sorry, but we have no record of you buying a firearm? ATF requires us to keep and maintain every single document and form. Maybe you have the wrong store.

  My husband and I visited this pawn shop today because we seen an ad on Facebook. We went into the store and everyone was so friendly. Most pawn shops are not organised but this store was. We will be going back in the future.

  Very incompetent people. Incompetent owner. These people lie lie lie I do not understand how they're in business. Very rude and disrespectful. They are doing background checks on people that who is doing background checks on them?

  We Gladly accept this 1 star review. Matt wanted to buy an AR-15 from us. While doing an ATF background check, Matt stated that he "planned to MODIFY into a Full-Auto" illegally to one of my employees. Once I (Owner) was informed, I decided to NOT sell him any firearms, ever. We take "Responsible Gun Ownership" very serious, and will continue to do so in the future.
