      This place is the worst bank I had ever been to when I get the chance to switch to a different bank I will. I hate the people who run this business the employees most I can't stand this place it makes me sick. So many people are getting arrested for things that they write and say. But I honestly don't care what they think about me... Because they could careless about people and their financial problems. Get some real people who care. Low life's

      I always have a quick in and out experience. On 2-23 (my birthday) I was depositing a large amount of cash but I didn't count it before hand. Deposited it but the receipt rang up as only $600 something. I thought it was wrong but left anyway thinking maybe I had the wrong count. Rechecked my database (since it was money from a fundraiser) and sure enough it was way off. I went back in, told Ana (the teller helping me) what was going on a d she rechecked everything with her manager Joe (I think). There was an error in the processing so they had to check the balance of the machine vs. the inputted balance and sure enough it was off by over $3000. So they fixed it for me and I was on my way. Ana, Joe, and Nick (the guy who promptly stated checking deposits for the day) were all calm and collective and very reassuring. Great team to be in the hands of.

      I have been with Arvest since they started banking, long time. Monday I had a terrible experience. Tried to deposit a check in my account that my daughter signed over to me, she was with me, this guy told me he could not do that because he had no way to know if my daughter would get any of that money! I asked for the manager he turned & said something to the guy behind him & he came over( I wonder know if he was another teller said he was manager) He told me the same thing!! Since when is it their business who gets the money or what you do with your money, are you serious ??? I am so upset, thinking of changing banks after All these years!!!

      Very nice Arvest bank. Always great customer service. Wish they had more ATM’s though. Can get a big line on the weekends after hours.

      Worst bank experience! Non working atms, sat in drive thru 20 mins and they didn't get thru one car. Gave up, ticked off
