  Hands down one of the best lending experiences I’ve ever had. Mr. Tim Hevesy helped me refinance my home that I was paying a ridiculous amount of interest on. I live in Panama City but the office is located in Arizona and everything was so smooth over the phone it was incredible. I will most definitely be using this lending company in the near future. Thank you Tim Hevesy for the amount of effort you put in on your end to make this refi happen. You’re the best !!! I don’t care what your boss says about you (hahahaha just kidding) ! Highly recommend these guys at P1 for all your lending/refi needs.

  This company was very unprofessional!!! My 1st time buying experience was a nightmare. They could careless about us as a client. They were more concerned about being loyal to the realtor ( I was trying to get someone else as it wasn't working out with the current one). They refused to give me a copy of my pre-qual letter and were trying to force me to continue working the realtor just because they are friends. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone!!!!
