      had a family member who needed a money order, so I walked over the this bank, paid their $3.00 fee to take money out of their ATM. Walked inside and asked for a money order. Was told because I don't have an account there, that they could not take cash and convert it into a money order. I just happen to have a co worker there and he offered to get the money order as he had an account. Shannon, branch manager (I assume), said they would not do that. She not only provided horrible customer service, but she was rude in the process. I will personally never open an account there (I will stay with IU Credit Union, but I will tell anyone I have a conversation with about banking to stay away from this bank.
