  Heather and Brittany at Ruoff made our first time home buying experience amazing. We had a unique situation with a expedited sale deadline and very little knowledge of the process. They walked us through all of it and went above and beyond on our behalf to make the stress of buying our home less overwhelming. We are grateful to them and the rewarding experience.

  I moved from out of state and was unsure about working with a company I hadn't heard of. However I was on a tight deadline and my realtor highly recommended Ruoff, so I went with them anyway. I'm very glad I did. Jason Sumner and Jennifer made the process easy, and really went above and beyond, staying on top of interest rate changes and making sure I understood the process and could make good choices.

  Meghan and Ryan were an incredible help! They made the process smooth and really quick. We made first contact with Ruoff May 20th, purchase agreement was signed June 6th, and we closed the morning of June 10th. Both were friendly, cooperative, and patient. I highly recommend this team and would certainly use them again myself. Outstanding job!

  I was a first-time home buyer using a VA loan and in today’s market, it can be incredibly difficult to find a home. I got lucky and had the pleasure working with Vince Weddle during this experience. He was always responsive, even on weekends. We had to put our offer in on a Sunday and he worked while at his son’s sporting event to get me my pre-approval letter ASAP. All of my questions were answered as they arised right away and Ruoff made my first time home buying experience much easier. Highly recommend choosing them and working with Vince!
