  Jason and his team were great to work with. Jason guided us along the process and was very responsive to our questions. We appreciate his flexibility and time to communicate over email or phone. Jason worked very profesionally with our realtor and the whole process was quick, we ended up locking a lower rate than we thought.   Working with Jason Sumner was FANTASTIC!! He was patient, transparent and always got back to me quickly to answer all my questions. Prior to Ruoff, I’d worked with other Mortgage companies/agents and due to their bad customer service, and bad advice it was a costly nightmare. They’d string me along up to closing and it would fall through. Then I met Jason, his good advice and guidance made the entire process for me painless and stress free. I’m happy to say today I closed on my first home and I can’t thank Jason and everyone at Ruoff enough for making my dream come true . I highly recommend!!

  We reached out to Jason after having an issue with the first lender we went to. He answered every question quickly and navigated many unforeseen bumps in the road with us. As first-time home buyers, it was a nerve-wracking process, but I truly cannot imagine doing it with someone else because of all the reassurance he provided. I'd recommend him to anyone.

  Absolutely awesome. This is my second time working with Jason. He initially helped me purchase my home two and a half years ago and has since helped me refinance. He made it so easy and helped me feel knowledgeable throughout the whole process. Always easy to get ahold of, always willing to take the time to explain everything and help make the best financial decisions, patient, and so kind. It is obvious he loves his job and wants the best for his community! Thanks again Jason!

  Jason and his team assisted me on a tricky out of state buy and went above and beyond to make the process easy. Everything was fast, convenient, and without a hitch.   Jason has made my first time home buying experience actually enjoyable. Although we never met (due to COVID), he was very reliable with his communication. He was efficient at answering all of my questions and addressing any concerns. Jason was very precise and wanted to make sure he doing the best he could to help reach my goals. Paperwork seemed to be a piece of cake even though everyone warned me it would be the worst part. All but signing at closing was electronic and Jason made sure I had everything I needed and understood all information. I have already sent friends to him and will continue to work with Jason Sumner in the future. If you want someone who is knowledgeable, reliable, patient, hardworking and precise I would recommend going with Jason!
