  I had the BEST experience with Terry and Lisa! We had a 2 year journey to finding my perfect home. They became like family to me. Very responsive, answered any questions I had and helped in every way they could. I was blessed to find them!

  Terry and team were great to work with. We were kept updated along the process and Terry was super responsive to any and all questions. I appreciated his flexibility with communicating over email or phone. The process was quicker than expected and we ended up with a lower rate than I thought we locked in at.   We just completed our third mortgage through Lisa and Terry. Google doesn't provide enough stars to accurately rate the servive they've provided us over the years. I cannot express how much easier home buying is when you have team like Lisa and Terry on your side. They know the ins and outs of the business like no others. In addition to their skill and service level, they treat you like family. I recommend them to everyone I know that's in the market for a mortgage, and I'd there are any more in my future, it's a given that I'll work with Lisa and Terry again.

  Our experience with Indiana Mortgage was Superb!! I was told they’ll be the best and I believe it now. I would recommend them to anyone. Lisa is an outstanding person who cares for her client. Just to mention one... she drove 35 minutes one way to meet me to pick up paperwork that I couldn’t deliver (due to being a teacher/principal with a busy schedule) not because I asked her to but she cared enough to offer. I’m so proud of you Terry n Lisa for your commitment to your clients. And your commitment to each other!!! God’s Blessings on your Business.

  I had a short amount of time to purchase the home I was renting and didn't know anything about first-time home buying. Terry and Lisa made me feel at home and helped me every step of the way. They answered my questions promptly and took great care of me. They really care about you as a person and want to help you make your dreams come true.   When I got referred to Terry and Lisa, I had been given the run-around by two different mortgage companies who told me what I wanted to hear in the beginning then ghosted me when they decided I wasn't the kind of buyer they preferred. Indiana Mortgage Company gave me nothing but the facts, got me into the loan that was best for me. They made my loan go through in record time AND at a killer rate. Now I'm in my dream home and I could not be more grateful. These guys are amazing. Don't hesitate.

  I started my refinance process with Quicken thinking it would be so convenient. I was so wrong! They were going to charge me an absurd amount in closing fees. Indiana Mortgage not only saved me several thousands in closing fees, but they got me an even lower interest rate than Quicken. They were so easy to work with and the process was so quick! The fact that it is locally and family owned is just icing on the cake to the great experience I had!
