  Tyler was professional, and his customer service was outstanding. He answered all my questions and communicated how the financing process worked at OVM. He kept me informed, from accepting my offer by the Seller to the closing, which made the decision process easier along the way. I am highly pleased with the service.

  Tyler was absolutely amazing. During a 5 and a half month construction process, I felt at ease the entire time. The my closing was the most efficient closing I’ve ever seen and I too work in the mortgage industry. Thank you Tyler for all of your hard work!

  Financing our home through OVM was an easy and efficient process. The time between having our offer accepted and closing on our home only took a few weeks. Any questions we had a long the way they were always readily available to respond.

  Tyler’s communication was inadequate and cost us money as he never told us our rate wasn’t locked. Multiple weeks into the process, we had to ask about locking the rate and in the meantime rates had increased. Getting in touch with him to discuss the rate lock was challenging.

  1 star because 0 stars was not possible. This was the worst mortgage experience in my life. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere!!
