  Maryann was saving grace in an otherwise very rough home buying experience. She made sure I was ok and understood everything at every turn. She checked on me weekly during the slower parts of the process and really made me feel like I was a priority. I’m so grateful to her and the John Adams team for everything they did to help me!

  John and his team are true professionals and know what it takes to manage the loan process smoothly and efficiently from the start of process all of the way to closing and beyond. The application process was easy and the underwriting requirements were routine and normal for the scenario we had. Shella McCleary was a great processor for our file. All of our deadlines were met on time and we actually closed early. Communication was great and I cannot say enough good things about her as well. I actually work for a mortgage company but reached out to John to handle this transaction because I was not sure my own company could meet the tight turn time we had on this purchase.   John and his team were fantastic. We had started the process to refinance our first mortgage with our beloved credit union twice in the last year and could not get good responses and support from the team. That wasn’t the case at all with Loan Depot, who did our whole process through a pandemic and made it feel seamless.   We had the best experience with John Adam's. We purchased our home in August 2020 during a pandemic. Mr Adam's was extremely accommodating and so helpful with every one of my one million questions. With the interest rates being so low John was overwhelmed with closings, however, we felt like we were the only loan he had because he always took the time to return my text, calls and emails! Can't praise him enough and look forward to our next experience with Mr Adam's.
