  They are slumlords they company will hold you responsible for things they never came to fix, 5 years on a property rent paid on time and lots of times ahead then to top it off Michelle is rude and doesn't care about nothing but Money wouldn't recommend oh and she will raise rent and not fix your property

  I was sent numerous letters from this company after my mother's death, grief mongering and looking for a way to take advantage of me. They act like they want to buy your property but clearly don't do any of the research to know when the property is actually listed for sale. Stay far away from these fear mongers.

  The apartment we have is well lived in and a nice space, the biggest problem we have is the rent. We have to give a check every month and it is always sent to their office 2-3 DAYS before it’s even due, and then it takes them two WEEKS to even deposit it. You would think if they have the money early, to cash it, but instead they wait and wait and then that money comes out, and fast forward one week and the next months comes out. No matter how many times i email asking why it is taking so long to cash a check that’s supposed to be done on the 1st, it keeps continuing. My fiancé and i are done with the checks and are going to do it online even though it gives us a 20 dollar fee to pay it 🙄

  I am sorry that I do not always get to the bank sooner to cash your check. You can pay it thru your checking account online thru the tenant portal. That is free and it takes it out of your checking account and puts it directly into mine. The $20 fee to pay online is only if using a debit or credit card and that fee is not from me, it is from the property management software company. -Michelle

  So I recently moved from Georgia and I applied for for Albert Ln they tried to deny me for a old bill that creditors can’t hold against me then tried to sugar coat me telling me to pay last months rent first months rent and the security deposit to total $2223 by nov I don’t think so I’m already going through enough stuff I just wanna be closer to my job in Mechanicsburg they seem to be about money god doesn’t like ugly and I’m am a praying child I ask the lord to forgive them and she’d love on there hearts because just how they become successful god can take it away always be humble

  Anything that is on your credit report is a legitimate reason used in making a decision on renting to you or not. It is your responsibility to make sure the report is accurate. That is why I gave you the Summary of Rights. If things are inaccurate, then it is up to you to work to get them resolved. You said that you were working to resolve the biggest issue that was found and I told you to contact me when it was resolved. It is a wide practice with rentals to collect, 1st and last months rent plus security deposit if there are findings on a prospective tenant that are concerning. It is not sugar coating, it is a way for you to be able to get into a place when you might not be able to otherwise. It is a way for us to try to work with you. I wish you the best of luck in finding a place closer to work.
