  My niece purchased a vehicle from this dilapidated facility recently unfortunately. The sales staff was so fast to sell her a vehicle that was overpriced and promised to fix several issues. Turns out the car was almost as bad as their customer Service. When she got the car it had several dents and scratches and the bumper was half falling off. Within a week check engine light came on. They kept postponing her to come in there so they could see why. When she finally did bring the vehicle in to get repaired turns out she needed a whole new motor. They tell her that she will have the vehicle back within a week. It’s now going on two weeks later and they keep blaming the Chevy dealership for not getting them part which is untrue because we called them and they said that this place had all the parts that they were asking for . Now this place is saying that she needs a new turbo on top of the motor it’s one thing after another. This place is so unprofessional and I feel sorry for anybody that has to go through them. The whole time we have never been able to speak to the “owner” as he is allegedly “on vacation in Florida for the summer” per the mechanic. If you need to buy a car, please for the love of god go somewhere else. You will be so disappointed!

  I am sorry you had a bad experience, however, your niece came and picked the vehicle SHE wanted AND was given the opportunity to not only test drive it, but have it looked at by any mechanic BEFORE she purchased it. As far as the service goes, the car was here a total of 10 days (including a weekend, which we are not open). It has been taking longer than usual to get some parts but that is out of our control. You also failed to mention, the engine and turbo were put in UNDER WARRANTY costing only $200 out of pocket as opposed to the $5800 bill.

  A great place I’m on my second car and never had a problem.. love the employees great people !! My first car I had for 10 years unfortunately I had a accident went back got my second going on 2 years couldn’t be happier!! Again great people would recommend to anyone !!!

  Do not go to this car company. This company is bad business. I am just getting into my house from work. I was about to make my car payment and. I have the money to pay my bill. I go back to look outside and. They took my car trying to be sneaky. I am so mad right now. I had let them know my payment will be paid today.

  I hear this place is closing down soon there’s so many other good dealerships in Dover however I buy a car from topsales down the street they were awesome. They got some cool cars there too exotics and cheap stuff.

  Never again.. at one point I referred everyone. New Management picks and chooses who she likes, obviously I'm not one of them.. which is cool..

  Great people and great prices. I have just paid off my car and I will tell you Sandy was the best sales person and easiest person to work with. She just called and told me that my title is in so now I get to go see my favorite sales person. Would recommend them to everyone and I do.

  Absolutely THE BEST buy here pay here in York County! A lot of the other buy here pay here car lots in York sell what “look good, newer vehicles” but usually have really high miles or have mechanical issues. This lot has newer cars with LOW miles and a warranty that you can extend for very little. I bought a Dodge Durango years ago and it still runs strong. It also boosted my credit score as well as got me a $500 off voucher on my next purchase! Casey is fair, understanding and easy to work with as long as you maintain communication if you can’t make a payment. Looking forward to seeing them and picking up another vehicle in the near future!

  The staff is awesome. They work with you to the best of their ability as long as you communicate. This is my third vehicle purchased from them since 2007, (I totaled the first two), and they have always been amazing! I've had nothing but a good experience. I will continue to purchase vehicles here.
