Terrible bank. It used to be Metro. Metro was great. Now, there is literally a booklet of fees(and I always keep my accounts in good standing). The line is always out the door. Every time I go there, their "system is down". They told me to 'Just use the ATM' Using any ATM(even surcharge free) other than the one in the bank, results in a fee. I have been waiting 2 weeks on their "system" to close my accounts out. Literally I opened my new accounts at Members 1st Credit Union and had to use the old Metro Bank checks, to write a check to myself, as a last resort to get my own money out of the accout. Beyond sub par. I'd rate it 0 stars if I could.

Everything good about Metro Bank went away as soon as they became First National. Hours are horrible, service fees are insane, and the lobby is always slow because they make you go up to the counter to fill any slips out.

Their mobil banking app is a rather clunky piece of work. Should you accidently forget your password you have to call them to change it. No way to reset it manually. Their customer service is a rather messy joke. Waited on the phone line for 45 minutes just for someone to tell me they couldn't help me. Thanks guys. And to top it off if you are unlucky enough to need a new bank or debit card it will take them around three months to get you one. Worst bank experience I've ever had.

This Bank went downhill since they took over from Metro Bank. $3.50 ATM fees if it's not theirs, fees for everything and the overall customer service is subpar. So glad I left there and went to PNC where your treated better and has been a better banking experience overall. I'll never do business with this Bank again.

On line banking and teller service are fine. No hidden fees or unscrupulous behavior like Wells and the other big banks. Fairly widespread locations of branches. Wish evening hours were more available instead of closing at 5pm.

Worse bank. We have 2 accounts. They keep shutting off my card. Saying suspicious use, it's ever 2 days. It takes up to an hour to get turned back on. The fees are outrages! It might take me a couple days but closing accounts moving.

Myaccount would show 0 balance, not let me use my card. Two days later show the money back in the account. Worst Bank! Ever going to go pull my money out today. If it's in there.

I'm overall not a fan of FNB but I will say this branch is by far better than the other locations. Go out of my way to be waited on by Justin. He is so nice, personable and funny. I see management in that man's future!

Can never get through. Phones jammed busy or don't work. Fees for everything. Overdraft pull $100 no matter what the amount needed and then charges $10. Up n just stopped my Christmas Club fee for that too

Horrible! I would not recommend this bank to anyone and if you are banking there I feel sorry for you. Pulling all accounts ASAP. I defy their CEO to call me. Customer service is beyond bad. Can you give less than a star?
