  I was actually not considering selling my storage properties when George Hatchard called me. At first George asked if I was interested in buying more locations. We set up a meeting to discuss having a updated appraisal of my storage properties done. He brought along with him the owner of IRE John Gilliland and by the time we were done I was a seller! The proposal to sell was done with extreme accuracy. Very clear and easy to understand. There was also one done for my wife Wendy! She really liked that IRE would include her in the process from the start. George Hatchard is definitely a details guy. I always knew I could call him, anytime,with questions and have an answer either right away or not long after. George worked really well with my lawyer all the way to closing and always kept it clear and professional. The sale of my properties was combined with another storage facility to maximize the value for the sellers and the buyers. It was definitely a much more complicated offering then the average, George kept it going smoothly all the way to closing. When you are ready to hire a broker to sell your storage business why would you NOT hire a company that does only one thing? IRE Investment Real Estate LLC ONLY deals in self storage! Makes sense to me. After experiencing the sale of my storage business through IRE along with their knowledge of the industry and the talented people that work for them like, George Hatchard , I would do it again in a second!
