  If you want to know more about reverse mortgages read this book. It’s comprehensive and easy to read plus the examples that Don gives are very interesting.

  Pretty rude, not very professional I would literally look anywhere else... (In response) Not exactly what happened. My issue wasn't with the services you provided, it was with the way you took the call. You were short, became irritated at me and then hung up after 30 seconds. If courtesy is any indication of business ethics, anyone should be highly suspect of you. -Also, just to emphasize the point, I did not expect anything else other than common decency sir.

  I took the call this afternoon. All he asked was what our rate is on a loan with no definition of what he was looking for. I asked if he wanted a purchase or refinance. He said purchase. I explained we are not originating purchase applications. He asked if I had a referral. I asked how he found us. He said Google. It seemed he already had a list of companies to call, so I had nothing to offer that he didn't already have. He seems to expect me to originate a loan for him that I won't originate for anyone else. I apologize if I offended him, but we stopped originating purchase loans in August 2016 because we cannot get reliable purchase appraisals.
