  Janet and her team were wonderful to work with during our refinance!! She was referred to us by family and I can see why they loved her! I asked a ton of questions and Janet was patient and explained everything thoroughly, making sure we got the loan and rate that was right for us!   We have used Nova Financial for more than one home purchase or refinance. Janet is great to work with. She is efficient, effective, timely, and very communicative. She answered all of our questions, and between her and Modesta, we always knew what to expect on timing, figures, and what was next in the overall process.   I would like to highly recommend Anita Martinez-Trumm, Senior Loan Officer with Nova Home Loans in Westminster Colorado. Anita and her team were very professional and personable while working with me toward a Mortgage on my first home. They kept me in the loop and answered every question multiple times to make sure I knew exactly what was happening and what was required to move the process forward. Anita ensured that we closed on time and was able to save me a great deal of brain damage and money. I would recommend her and her team for any mortgage or refinancing!   I don't know if my review was seen by just Nova or included Google viewers as well, and I want to make sure the viewers know, if they are looking for a home loan, they can't do better than Anita Martinez Trumm, with Nova Home Loans. If it wasn't for Anita responding to a request for updated documentation over the weekend, while she was on a vacation no less, I have no doubt I would not have been victorious in a multiple bid situation. You will not get that level of service from other loan companies. Anita walked me through every step in the process. She was professional, friendly, and made this purchase the least stressful I've ever experienced. I will absolutely recommend her services to anyone I know looking for a loan and should I be in the market for assistance I will absolutely call her again! Kudos as well to every one in the office for stellar customer service from the front desk to the back office team as well!

  My wife and I have worked with Lisa Martin and her team on three occasions and have had fantastic experiences each time. They handled the initial purchase of our home as well as two refinances. They really emphasize keeping you well informed along every step of the process and going through the mortgage process is painless with them by your side. We would not dream of using any other team for our mortgage needs! Highly recommended!!

  My husband and I worked with Seth Wilcock to refinance our home. We really appreciated how detailed and transparent Seth was throughout the process. We were hesitant to refinance and didn't want to create a lot of work for ourselves, but we are so happy that a friend recommended Seth, who made the process a breeze. Seth truly took care of our family and we still can't believe how much he was able to save us on our mortgage each month. We had a really bad experience with our initial broker when we first purchased our home, so we were ecstatic to find such a quality partnership with Seth. We were truly impressed with his communication and will continue to recommend him to friends and family.

  Every part of the process with Liza and Nova was extremely pleasant. Liza continually made time to explain everything and answer any and all inquiries. After having a bad closing with another company, it was a breath of fresh air to see how easy the process can and should be!

  Anita Martinez-Trumm has helped us many times over the years with our lending needs. We keep going back to her and referring everyone we know as she makes the process so easy and well organized. We bought a new home recently and Anita helped us through the lending process once again, explaining everything and making it all so easy.
