  I love working with Liza! I have used her twice for buying homes and just love how easy it is to work with her! She is friendly, professional, willing to answer any questions (no matter how little or sometimes off topic they have ended up being) and is on her game at all times! She makes the loan process easy to understand and if you don't, she explains to the best of her knowledge. Thank you Liza for all your hard work and help! You are truly great!

  As of yesterday I am officially a homeowner! Buying a home can be stressful, however, Liza did an awesome job explaining all the nuances in the process. She was always a phone call/email away when questions came up on the buying process, details in contracts, etc. Liza also laid out all the varying financial situations I could take in a thorough manner which aided in my decision making. She built a great relationship with my agent and insurance contact which undoubtedly took an immense weigh off my shoulders. I would absolutely recommend Liza as a loan officer to anyone looking to buy a new home.

Liza and Chandra worked extremely hard in the last days prior to closing to ensure that everything stayed on schedule. But, some how, she pulled it off with flying colors. 3 other people were not able to help me. Thank you so much, Liza. As for Nova Home Loans, they are a top notch company. Every one in the office is a highly professional, and truly great to work with. They were diligent with their work habit and completely responsive to my needs and questions. Closing was a breeze.

  Liza was so helpful in the process of buying our first home! She was there ever step of the way and was happy to explain every little thing to us. Our closing was delayed by the sellers, but she continued to call and check in with us weekly to make sure we did not have any questions or concerns. Overall, very attentive and personable. She even came to our closing to make sure everything went smoothly!

  Liza is amazing. In a difficult situation with lawyers she helped us with answering all of our questions and did it in time sensitive manner. If it wasn't for her we would not of saved our house. Words can describe how wonderful she is. I would recommend her to anyone.
