  We were referred to Onshore Mortgage from a family member who used them previously. Grant came highly recommended to us. We were very pleased with the overall process.   We’ve never used a mortgage broker before but Grant made the process of our mortgage very simple. He was responsive to email’s and questions which really helped put out mind at ease. Can’t believe we closed in as little as 7 days. He was knowledgeable and professional throughout the whole loan process. Everything was completed in a timely manor and we didn’t have a single surprise. Going to the bank for mortgage needs is now a thing of the past. My first call will be to Grant at Onshore Mortgage!!

  Grant was incredibly thorough and responsive. He knew what documents were required from me and after I sent them to him he never had to come back and ask for anything else-super thorough. He stayed right on top of things throughout the whole process. In fact it was only eight days from submission to close. That is incredible. He also got us the lowest rate that we were able to find. Grant answers his phone when you call him and responds to texts and emails very quickly. You’re never left hanging and wondering. I highly recommend Onshore Mortgage and Grant Menard.

  I completely agree with previous comment that Grant does go above and beyond for his clients. He is great to work with and you always talk to him directly and he gets everything done very quickly. Grant is very responsive to any questions you may have. I highly recommend him! I did my original loan, my refinance, and now another refinance with him and I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else.

  Grant made refinancing stress-free!! And we completed the entire process in 8 days!! yes, 8 days from my initial phone call to Grant to closing. I am saving loads of money monthly but was offered many options to chose from to meet my needs.
