  I went to this branch because my debit card just expired and I haven't received a new one. I also need to change my last name. The woman at the counter told me my husband would need to be present for me to change my name to my married name even though I have my license and marriage certificate. I asked if I could open an account in my own name and she told me no. That's fine that I can't change my name on my account without my husband present, but we work opposite schedules and can't come in together unless one of us takes the day off. Now I'm without a debit card. Why can't I open an account in my own name? I have no debit card and am unable to get access to my money. We WILL be switching banks. This is unacceptable. The woman offered me no solution. We have had BOA for over 10 years. Time for a change!

  Got in and out in no time at all. The girl working the counter was very polite, and efficient. Handed her a check and ten seconds later she handed me money. Pretty quick service in my opinion

  Despite other reviews and how I feel about BofA as a corporation, I feel that the customer service at this branch is generally very good. I have used multiple different loan officers and opened multiple accounts over the 10 years or so I have been an account holder. Each time the representative was very kind and professional, and didn't make me feel pressured into any options provided. Also I feel that on more than one occasion the branch manager has gone above her necessary duties as an employee to try to help me solve a problem with my account.

  The ATM area is easily accessible. Parking is spacious enough. There is a handicap space right in front of the door. The door opens by putting one's bank card into a slot. The ATM machine is very easy to use and works smoothly and efficiently. The whole area is very clean and spotless and there is a desk where one can put their belongings and/or write. there is also a drive-up window on the outside of the building which looks to be very convenient I have not tried it yet but I see many people do utilize this drive-up window.

  Worst branch in history the female manager is extremely rude very unhelpful I have been cashing checks at this location for many years and have experience nothing but grief from her and her counterparts their social skills and customer service are the worst I’ve ever seen in any organization and as big and popular as Bank of America is I’m very surprised she has a job every other branch even though I am not a customer I have been treated with respect and dignity not at this one you are treated like a criminal just because you want to cash a check and don’t have an account at that branch. At one time I did consider opening an account with them but would never simply because of her harsh rude attitude! BOA Corporate take note and fire this fool who is Not representing your firm in a positive way in any shape or form!

  Worst bank branch I’ve ever seen! Ridiculous how you wait a hour to cash a check or do any transactions with a teller! One teller at desk for drive-thru and walk -ins! Employees walking around doing absolutely nothing but to attend people that need to get to work forget it, no cares in the world for them! Disgusting every time I have to walk in here, get knots in my stomach because I want to tell them off!

  If you can give them a “0 Stars” I would! The older woman that was seating people in the waiting area with glasses was very rude and treated not just me but the couple in front of me so disgustingly that I walked out, she told the couple in-front of me that they would be seen the next seen while they were waiting they step outside and another couple walked in and asked a few questions and the lady told them to be seated and started printing out all there documentation, the first couple who was waiting outside came back in and right In front of them took the other couple and said they had an appointment which they didn’t because I heard the whole conversation! & I ask a simple question if I had to wait to change my PIN number or I can do it online and she said hold on I’m busy printing out documentation, simple yes or no question but ok! I honestly left and would never go back the way she treated the other couple and me has me honestly thinking about banking somewhere else! Horrible experience.

  I am out of state and had to use Boa in Fairhaven. Everyone from the manager to the assistant manager to the tellers and Cd Dept. Was very courteous, pleasant and helpful. Thank you to everyone for making my transactions a easy process. Meshell Barrows
