  The staff in this location are amazing.1st bank in my life where a teller knows me by name when I walk in. Also...last week the teller accidently shorted me money and I didn't bother to count it. About 5 minutes later she calls me letting me she just noticed it :)

  Opened a personal savings account at this branch as well as business checking and business savings account at this branch. I worked with Jeremy Nguyen and he was fantastic, prompt, and exceptional with his advice and help. I additionally was assisted by Kevin who was awesome as well. They made my life that much easier and I can’t recommend them enough.

  Why did the teller have to circle my balance and show me on the receipt? I can find it myself and if I wanted to know, I have the app on my phone. I already feelt uncomfortable that she could see my balance.

  This is an INCREDIBLE community credit union!!!! Some of the associates are genuine and have integrity. I have had complete protection from fraudulent transactions attempts, good sound suggestions, on how to maximize the benefits of being a member and I feel SAFE with this institution having access to my personal information.

  Update: branch manager Kevin called to apologize. Still not banking with them in the future but was treated better on the phone. Worst bank! Worst service! Worst fee system around.
