ArtbyCeramix1The very worst service - 1 Star is too much to credit them. I deposited a check from a reputable nationwide car dealership (with zero risk of getting returned as unpaid) very simple to verify with the originating bank, Wells Fargo, which they did not have the courtesy to do. I was told funds would be made available the next day at 9:00 am. But 5 days later, the check still has not cleared. Now the weekend, and I have zero funds. They do not care about their customers. When I finally receive my $6,900, it will be the last day after almost 3 decades of my faithful banking relationship with Bank of America. I never thought this was possible.

Lisa Hartung1Super Rude, I also deposited a check last week over $2,300, they placed on hold for a week exactly to this day!! I have bills that are late ect. I also was told it would go into my account the next day to end up calling and hearing there was a 8 day hold!! Then spent 25 minutes waiting to talk to a human to verify the happenings and he politely told me that they usually tell there customers to cash there checks then turn around and deposit the cash so it goes into my account right away! What is the point of having a Bank!??? Ive also been told that I can just do my deposits at the ATM A FEW TIMES! Guess they don't value there job, also closed on numerous times BEFORE 4:30PM!!! About to go to a private Bank. I stepped away a few years ago after maintaining a account I had for 30 years since I was 15, and its just got worse!!!

Chadwick N Hill5Having had to switch to this location because the Lovejoy branch closed, I can say that my experience here has been wonderful. Service is fast, there location is excellent, and the staff are always cheerful... A great combination for a terrific experience.

Me and my wife came to reopen a bank account and from the moment we walked in the Manager Managed to squeeze us in to talk to a banker!! Robert was on top of his game !! He helped us reopen our bank account without any issues. He had such a great attitude and so much Positivity. I highly recommend this location !!

Jackie Vernoux1Incredibly rude teller with bad attitude. I was shocked when banking here. Fortunately, I only came through town while traveling and won't have to bank here again. Pease do not take a job interacting with people if you hate people and feel its ok to have a terrible and unacceptable attitude with bank customers.

George Leck1All i will say is that.... I was transferred a total number of 7 TIMES!!!!! That is the organization and literacy skills.... The competence of bank of america customer service..... 7 DIFFERENT PEOPLE IN THE SAME CALL!!!! BANK OF AMERICA! No different to your local slaughter house.... They both have a bunch of headless chickens running around. I appreciate the favor you did me of closing out my account! Thank you!!!!! Next time around try and hire people who are actually qualified and competent for the job because just th3 otger day you fell 7 short.... 7 reps who didnt know what to do or barely what i was talking about.... And my english is Cambridge so i know its not the way i explained it.

Diana Thompson2Christian, manager rude, took 27 minutes to cash a bank check....he is not the fraud department and has never seen an out of state drivers license! Company needs to spend more money training their employees some customer service skills in lieu of redecorating branch offices ...
