  I dont know how to start this review of Eric Larson, lets start by saying I couldnt appreciate him or his team more.  Eric came  highly recommended from someone else is his industry.  From the very first conversation with eric  he treated me with respect, he never made me feel like I was a burden, even though I came to him with a lot of hurdles, he took them on and held our hand to the finsish line .  He is truly a fantastic person with so much compassion for my particular situation.  I stood to lose a great deal of money and Eric was understanding and was very reassuring that we would get it done.   Eric had the best layed out plan for our difficult situation.  He stood by his commitment to me, I feel like he worked tirelessly with me and we closed on time. He takes a true interest in his clients, he is a fantastic person, very honest and treated me like we where great friends.

  It was great working with Eric Larson and his Team at Northwest Private Lending. We needed funds to close a great deal in 5 days and they stepped up with just a phone call and explaining the deal and the property involved. At the end of the first phone call we had a “Let’s make this Deal Happen”. A few more calls on details and did I mention two of the days were a weekend and we were signing paperwork and closing a great Deal. We have used a lot of Private Money over the years but I would have to say this was quick and the Team at Northwest Private Lending was wonderful to work with.We look forward to using them in the future.

  1st, let me say I googled hard money lenders in Portland and found Northwest private lending. When I contacted their office a associate took my information and said someone will contact you soon. Within a few hours I get a call from Eric Larson the President while he was on vacation with his family in California. That impressed me! he was great, informative listened completely, and said Oscar I will give your deal a fair look. After a few days several phone calls from Eric, we were able to put together a honest straight forward fair deal. I have been a licensed contractor in Oregon for 25 years. I have borrowed millions of dollars in hard money. I have to say this is one of the best, fair and quickest experiences I ever had with hard money. Do yourself a favor CALL THEM.   Northwest private lending was fantastic to work with. I was introduced to Eric Larson with about 48 hours left to complete my contracted sale. I was the purchaser. I thought this deal would probably be dead due to the fact there was not enough time to fund. Eric assured me that they could get it done within the time limit we had left on the contract. I had my doubts. They performed with outstanding speed and accuracy. The deal was completed and funded with about 12 hours left to spare. Eric and his team are wonderful to work with. They do what they say they're going to do. They are honest and forthright about the transaction. I look forward to working with them again in the future.
