  I worked with Jen purchasing a house through the winter of 2019-2020. Jen was always helpful and brought a cheery attitude to all of our meetings.   Jen and her team were so awesome to work with! I was in the process of buying a ring for my fiancé when we were getting pre approved, and the whole team made it very easy to keep the ring a secret during the whole process.   As a first time home buyer, I could not ask for a better mortgage lender than Jen. She and her team were responsive, efficient, and reassuring at every step of the process. I actually found out from my realtor (after our sale had finalized), that there had been an issue during closing that could have impacted my loan. Jen didn't want to concern me with the issue, she handled it, and I never even knew about it! Throughout the process, I knew Jen was looking out for my best interests and opportunities.
