  Sat there with no one else in the building as they decided on lunch and they put people on hold. She argued with me about my paystubs and called me a liar but would look at my bank account. bUt she wasn't the person I talked to.. but dealt with another loan company was totally opposite. Don't waste your time with these people!

  The staff here is especially rude and arrogant. Not one "please or thank you" from anyone in the office. I made an appointment to see Sharon, and was directed to a Sarah. Sarah was not only rude but condescending as well. This is the perfect place to go if you want to lose your self-respect. Otherwise, I would suggest you go to another lending Institution or check out peer-to-peer lending online. I left the office after having been approved for a loan but refused to do business with them because of the attitude of the staff. I have also noticed that the five star reviews have no comments. I suspect they were made by staff members to overcome the negative reviews left by actual customers. In fact one of the people leaving a 5-star reviews is named Sarah but did not make any comments. I really suspect it was the staff member mentioned above.

  Was pre approved and called in for extra funds, I knew it was a long shot because I have a lot of debt but a good credit score. I have always dealt with one specific person but was told my loan was given to another representative. Freaking RUDE, SHORT and IGNORANT! My current loan is almost paid off and I will NEVER do business there again!

  I made the mistake of borrowing from this company. When I walked in the manager was very nice and gave me a much needed loan at the time. For a year I made two payments monthly with no problems and as soon as I realized that I would have trouble making my payment I contacted the office to see about an extension and was told that it was no problem. Well, they tried multiple times to take the money out of my account and as a result I ended up with $400 in fees. I contacted SHARON, the same lady that I had went through in the beginning, however, her demeanor changed drastically from the day that I met her. She was very rude and cocky and lacked complete empathy about the situation and verbalized that she had the ability to remove the $15 nfs charge that was given on her end, but would not do so even though I had NEVER been late with them or had issues before. Things only went downhill from there and everyone other than the new Lady, Linda, acted as if they didn’t care bc they had already given out the loan and so what that I had made every previous payment on time! They said that I should apply for a new loan only to turn around and say I would need to use my car as collateral even though it did not say that I need to online when I applied. Fast fwd to a deferment later my balance came to 7760. I received a call from another branch about redoing the loan so I did only to find out that the new balance on this loan is 8760! They put $100 in my acct, but when I called to see where the remaining almost $900 come from all they could say was fees?! What fees?!? Customer service has no answer other than that is what your branch is charging you! “Is there anything else that I can do”. The worst decision that I have ever made was dealing with ONE MAIN! I am still surprised at how rude and crooked they are! I do not recommend anyone getting a loan from them they are definitely just as bad as payday loans, but if you do happen to have no other alternative, PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THE SEAFORD LOCATION!!

  Agreed, staff is rude. The only one I've ever insisted on dealing with was Ashley....she left, the rest of them are lazy and obviously hate their job. I'll be paying the full balance off In January. If you consider doing a loan with one main, never go to this location.

  Today I called them to ask about a letter I received. I wanted to speak to Linda who is awesome. I spoke to her yesterday. Today Sharon or Sherri was on the phone and Linda was busy. The problem is not that she felt like I could not be approved but, that she felt the need to talk to me in a degrading manner. I was explaining to her that I have a mortgage but have a roommate that has been with me for four years and this could be proven. I have good credit and pay my bills on time as she could see. If she still felt like that was not enough say so but, she raised her voice and said "LISTEN TO ME". She also stated we are not going to give you money to do whatever you want with but it's okay to charge 30% interest and have to pay them the payment they want but they can tell you what to do with it. In a nutshell I will never recommend this office. I don't know about this company but, the professionalism she showed was despicable. It's two days before the holidays and she felt the need to be ignorant. I have never been talked to like this and will never talk to anyone else like that. DON"T GO TO SEAFORD!!!

  DON'T BORROW ANY MONEY FROM THESE PEOPLE! You'll be paying a 1500.00 loan for more than 6 years. They harass you, threaten you. I wouldn't do buisness with them if my life depended on it.!
