  I'm just going to start off saying that I hire a lot of professionals for services expecting them to be the expert in their field and to do the job correctly the 1st time hired and usually end up feeling unsatisfied with what they deliver. Justin and his team are spectacular, I have no complaints whatsoever! I love that when I call their office during their hours, someone actually answers the phone instead of having to leave messages or play phone tag all day. Even if I can't get an answer to my questions or concerns immediately when I call, someone follows up very promptly! Justin is a true professional and expert in his field and always teaches me something new when I meet with him for my business taxes. If you're looking for a new accountant, definitely call Poole accounting. You will not be disappointed!

  Justin, Craig and his team are the best. I had some unique, complicated business and personal tax return needs (multi-state, multi partners), and Justin did a great job. He researched and did his due-diligence on recent tax law changes and really went above and beyond. Very grateful to have an accounting team I can trust!

  Mr. Poole is an excellent accountant. I came to him with a very unique tax situation that all the other snobby Annapolis tax specialists turned me down for. He was more than helpful and got me taken care of in a quick professional manor at a very fair price. I will be using him as long as he’s around and highly recommend his services.   Hands down the best CPA in the business. I have had Justin do my taxes for the past two years and each time he had been a savior. I once tried to do them myself and it was awful! I move constantly for my job, so tax season is always a nightmare for me. I would HIGHLY recommend having Poole Accounting do your taxes. This office will now be the only people doing my taxes or any finical business here on out.
