  Biggest waste of time. These people made me waste countless hours of my time for nothing. My phone was bombarded with calls & emails all day every day to have a loan that was already approved finalized. After several days of going back & forth with paperwork the loan was cancelled. This office rushes/pushes everyone they get on the phone to get a loan no matter what. DO NOT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE.

  I moved over 500 miles away and wanted my account transferred this branch did nothing but argue with me the lady was extremely rude. I have had to deal with her on two separate occasions via the phone both time she was extremely confrontational and no customer service. I have been a loyal customer of this branch since 2005 and to be treated this way is ridiculous. Boy do I miss Megan and Melissa they were always able to help and NEVER made me feel like I had to argue with them. I WILL MEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BRANCH AGAIN.

  I came to the Mount Holly branch after a bad experience at another location. Everyone at the Mount Holly branch made me feel welcomed and they all took me seriously when it came to getting a loan. One of the best loan agencies in New Jersey! Highly recommend!

  I love everyone here, the customer service is amazing. This branch really makes sure that customers are satisfied and as a customer, I feel really appreciated. Paramjeet is a very nice manager and I recommend everyone to come here. One of the best OneMain Financial branches.

  Employees talk to you like you are dumb when you don't understand something. They are very rude and condescending. Will definitely be doing business elsewhere once my loan is paid off and if I need another loa . Would not recommend this branch at all.

  Every single person who works here cares about their employees. The first time I came here was about three months ago, and ever since then, I haven't been anywhere else. Best loan agency.
