  I have been using them for years with no prob always paid back early but was turned down 😂👎 today very disappointed on out coming still have a very small loan ongoing in good standing

  The interest rate is very high. The staff member I worked with should listen to the customer. This is my second time getting a loan from One Main. I really enjoyed my experience the first time at the Belmawr branch because the staff were very friendly; they listened to the customer; and it was an overall enjoyable experience.

  Claire is one of the most unprofessional individuals I have had the misfortune to of dealing with. She doesn’t answer your calls, lets things fall through the cracks and when you finally get in touch with her she fails to answer your questions or call you back!!! Not only does this company rob their customers blind with absurdly high interest rates they also employ individuals who don’t know or don’t want to do their jobs. Don’t go here, it’s a waste of time!!!!
