  Your loan specialist: Juliana Allen-Waters, at your Jacksonville, FL, Wild Plum Plaza office, was outstanding!! She explained the loan process, costs including interests, monthly payment etc. Very patient, went over my documents I brought in for her to review and informed me when the funds would be deposited into my bank account.   I have been dealing with OneMain and they are awesome. Through all of the crazyness going on right now, and my husband lost his job, they were able to put off my payment and, it all turned out perfect. Hubby got a job and I can resume my payments.. These guys are so nice, and helpful. ..Thank you for having such great customer service no matter who answers the phone.. they are all super nice..

  An untimely death is something no one expects. The professionalism of Jewels really impressed me and helped me so much in my familys sorrow. It took a huge burden off the financial aspect so I could concentrate on more immediate matters. Thank you OMNI.

  Not personable, no introduction, just do you have your I.D. How much do you want. No why do you want the loan. Just did not feel comfortable and i canx the request.
