  Absolutely worst company I’ve ever work with. Tried to get a loan through them and the process took more then 3 hours on the phone and still wasn’t solved they didn’t update me when I needed to take action and the employees were rude and couldn’t answer any of my questions. Don’t try to work with this company. Absolutely biggest waste of time

  Nancy and Johnny were so easy to work with. They were very informative and Nancy made They whole process so fluid. She made sure I knew and understood everything. Definitely a good company to go to.

  They were quick to respond, and were very helpful in getting me set up for a loan. Nothing felt out of place or wrong, and my agent, Nancy, was quite personable and capable. All in all, if you're looking for your first loan (or trying to rebuild your credit like I am), this place does right by you.

  Kaitlyn and Santi helped me get a loan to start improving my credit. I was given options for loans that best fit my budget and there was no pressure at all! They were quick and friendly, and I would gladly go back again.

  I received a letter I was approved for a car loan so I picked out a car and called the phone number provided. Not one time in 3 days did anyone answer the main number. The managers number was consistently a busy signal for 3 days. It took 11 days before I received an email from the main headquarters about my loan. At this point I had already gotten a loan and a car elsewhere. I don't recommend anyone waste their time calling them. I left approx. 6 messages and never received a call back. Extremely unprofessional im greatful I did not get a loan thru this establishment.

  One Main Financial is awesome! And Kaitlyn at their Orem branch is fantastic!!! I needed a loan to help with some medical stuff, and their online application process was very simple and user friendly. Once I completed the online application, Kaitlyn called me to review further details and complete the application process. I went up to the branch, where Covid-19 safeguard precautions are being taken. Kaitlyn reviewed all the loan options and documents with me. Because of her clear explanations and presentation, I was able to select the best loan and promotional additions for me. Thank you, One Main Financial and Kaitlyn, for making this loan process not only possible, but also a positive experience for me.

  Absolutely WORST company to deal with. When we first signed up, the whole point was to pay down debt. That’s how they brought us on, “let us help you consolidate your debt”. Right before we finalized our loan, our loan officer told us that we wouldn’t pay off the loan in the length of time they gave us for the loan at the amount the payment was, so we’d need to make extra payments. WHY offer to help if you’re not really here to help? We were already struggling, so to tell us we needed to make over a $600 payment every month for a $10,000 loan... how does that even make sense? I will fully admit, we were late on payments often. Especially this year (2020) with a few job switches and losses due to the virus. We really struggled to get out of debt. I would talk to a loan officer and tell them I would pay a certain day, and they would call every day anyways and continue to ask when I would pay. Don’t you guys talk to each other?! Not to mention, the day after you’re late, you get slammed with calls non stop. At least 4 per day to both me and my husband. I asked if they had a grace period and nobody would ever give me an answer. “We can work with you if you need more time.” Every loan I’ve ever had at least gives a 10 day grace period. We were pretty desperate to ask this company for help, and we will NEVER make that mistake again. Do yourself a favor and Deal with your credit card companies before you deal with this company!!

  One Main Financial is stocked with friendly and efficient staff. They work well together and have always made me feel welcomed. They prepare everything in advance so you spend as little time in the office as necessary. Staff are knowledgeable and do what is best for you to meet your needs. I highly recommend OneMain Financial for your loan needs!
