  Avoid taking out any loan from here! I know we usually are desperate when we consider a place like this, but they PREY on that desperation! Since August 2020 I have made additional payments that have been misapplied. Since August 2020 I have tried unsuccessfully to get this company to resolve my misapplied payments. Over $1,000 applied incorrectly!!! There are many other similar businesses that will give you a loan and actually honor your agreement and apply your payments correctly.

  Dee was absolutely wonderful while helping me get this loan. She is professional, patient and responsive. She returns your calls when needed. One Main Financial is lucky to have her working there and so am I.

  Be careful with paperwork they submit false documents but thankfully they did cause now I’m suing them for lots of money Stay away from the manager jeff is a big scammer he switched paperwork and now I have all the proof and attorneys involved I won’t stop to this man is fired....... They have been notified and lawsuit filed they gave a false document to a federal bank they will pay me a lot of money. Jeff gotta go now he needs to be fired imagine how many people he screwed over

  The man I spoke with named ruben told me last week I was approved for 7200 tried to call and make an appointment to come in and he said he needed my coapplicants info couldnt contact my coapplicant so when I called him back all of a sudden i want approved anymore. So i went from approved for more then i needed to not approved in just 3 days this company is trash.

  Sandy & Vanessa at the Crestwood, IL branch, helped me immensely to modify my loan when I lost my job. Now that I am working again they are helping get my payments back on track . I would highly recommend them.

  Very unprofessional, After one year and 24% interest my car was totaled and the insurance paid it of. OneMain financial kept my account open for the next 4 months after everything was paid of, with balance of 2 dollars and I was still getting payments by mail. What a joke!!!!

  Horrible just an horrible place. Don’t get a loan from here! Interest is ridiculous. Customer service is terrible as well. When you call corporate they transfer you everywhere. Sell an organ before getting a loan from here.

  Horrible customer service ther forged documents and I have my lawyer involved. Lawsuit time. How do they subbmitt fraudulent paperwork. Not this time I will make sure they pay.... the general manager Jeff needs to be fired NOWWWWW I have also contacted better business bureau

  Waste of time talked on the phone they said they'd accept my car loan left work early, put insurance on the car arrived at the business within 5 minutes they said no go on the loan so I've wasted money on the insurance wasted time going there left work early just to be denied in person. Instead of on the phone where I wouldn't have wasted money and time on this useless adventure.
