  I wish I could give 0 stars. The worst customer service ever. Nasty attitude and liars. The two woman who work there, one supposedly being the manager, y’all need a lesson in customer service. I’ll make sure I never recommend this place to anyone. Extremely unprofessional.

  Its hard to condense my appreciation of the professionalism into a short paragraph but lord they are the bees knees, they work with me till this day. They are people and act like it. They are compassionate about what they do. Being a young man to then be called Sir/Mr while being greeted with a 😃 is great especially when you think dredd is coming. I plan on using one main for future loans due to this alone. Dont get me started on how knowledgeable the lady with the glasses is(first desk on left) and Mr.Stone thanks guys Mr.D

  the overall experience was fine, but the entire thing was done under false pretenses. my partner was contacted and told that he was approved for a loan, and that he needed to come to the office and fill out paperwork. he had the available time, so he took a half-day at work, and we rearranged our afternoon plans. but when he arrived and filled out said paperwork, was told that, "oops, our mistake, you don't actually qualify, lol sorry!" obviously frustrated with the situation, having wasted the better part of his afternoon, my partner asked the lady to walk him through why he had been declined, despite having already been told he was approved. she then had the nerve to catch an attitude with him, speaking in a very rude tone, as if she was annoyed that she had to waste her own time! appalling.

  The customer service was awesome! The representative (Cal) made me feel comfortable as well as valuable, The loan process was efficient and thorough. I received the founds the very next day!

  This is a predatory lending company, very high interest rates and terms. I know you might be in a bind and need some extra cash but there are better ways to do it, that won't damage your credit and financial well being. Their offices are always in low income areas so they can take advantage of people.

  They rip you off. Do not go here. Half your payments will go to interest. SCAM. I'd give them negative stars if possible. Screw them.

  Brandon, all standard installment loans follow a structure that applies initial payments to the interest, while final payments are applied to the principal.   Felt comfortable in the process with Charlotte. I didn't feel like she was trying to mislead me in a decision for debt consolidation loan. I feel she had my best interest in mind.
