  This location, and it’s entire team, are by far the best. I have had an account with them for over 10 years and their service has always been consistent. They are friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The manager Steve has been there since I opened my account and has been helping me since the beginning. He calls me thru out the year to see how things are going and if there is anything he can do for me. He goes over my credit and financial opportunities and helps keep me on the right track. I appreciate everything him and his team have done and can honestly say he is the reason why I have remained a loyal customer. Thank you! ~Dawn Gibson

  The lady who assisted me is very friendly n professional and helpful. All is good. Only thing I requested paperless billing n it was reflected in my profile but I still get a bill in the mail today. Overalll all is good

  All lies! I received an offer in the mail saying "you're guaranteed approval" so I when in listened to the song and dance then nothing. They told me the reason I did not get approved was because I had to many tax deductions. WTF are they talking. Don't waste your time, I know I was angry I did.

  The stay away comment was far beyond accurate. We took out a loan, as a turn of events ended up having to move states away and we've purchased the protection plan. This move caused us to go into the negative and they wouldn't work out any thing to not report it as a missed payment on my credit but I have to make a double payment next month. There is no differment options and they reprocess payments multiple times leaving you even further in the negative. This protection plan is supposed to cover if we ever lost a job it shouldn't affect us that bad until other employment or collateral is met(LURE) . On my behalf I was under the impression that they could hold a payment off this week so I could feed my family but I was wrong. The staff is like the Chinese pig demon who lures you in to eat human flesh. They're that rank stay away!! And I bet they'll come to defend their policies and rhetoriate their polocies they jumbled to get the sale. Pigs!! (Will never be doing business with one main and writing a consumer report complaint to both BBB and many other sites to show my dissatisfaction). For my birthday I get to hear my daughter cry in hunger thank you one main!!! Ruin my credit and my life, tell me it's on me but I've communicated everything and one payment (I pay BI weekly) Is going to ruin my family. you heartless, putrid, vile, horrid, company. It wreaks of soul stank and ran by demons. Damn I can not express my dissatisfaction with this company. NEVER put yourself in the situation to owe these people. Their lack of understanding on situations leaves YOU(always you) at a disadvantage. When they advertise and claim otherwise. Don't be fooled by these monster pigs disguised as a business, they're going to eat you all alive!

  The staff is very helpful, but the interest rate on my loan is incredibly high and for that reason, I wont apply for another loan.
