  Tim the branch manager was horrible didn’t introduce himself correctly with his title, called to speak with Dante multiple times never got a call back, they tell You one thing buys it’s another! Don’t waste your with this location they will treat you like the hood they in.

  One Main Financial made the process so easy for me, it was incredible. The application process was quick. I was approved in a matter of hours. I was able to consolidate my bills and have extra money left over for the month. I'd recommend this company to anyone looking to pay off some debts or even finance a family vacation. Which we were able to do with the help of One Main Financial.

  One main send me a offer on credit karma & i was pre approval & I did everything online & i was approval & when i call for scheduled the money pick up the say me , you are not approved because your account is too new. If they now that why let me apply That take down my credit score unnecessary That is unprofessional & also that is not nice when companies put offers & is not real offers I put one star because i have no access for put cero or negative 5 I hope OneMain financial fix that with credit karma

  I've been a customer for over 20 years and throughout the name changes and all I have been treated wonderfully at all times.They are there for me through good times and bad and never dissapoint.More importantly the staff/ people are sooooo nice and extremely caring.😘❤

  Only giving it one star because it’s the only way I can write a review. I was told over the phone I was approved for a loan with my co app. When I got there they said they had a mix up with the social and I wasn’t approved. Why would you tell me that just too come all the way down there and then say I can’t get my load?! Bunch of none experienced people... never going there again. Learn how to look up someone’s social the right way....

  This office has the worst customer service I have ever encountered esp from the management team to the workers no one knows a damn thing when trying to explain the process of my previous refund to the Manager Brad he became very irate & argumentive. I will Never deal with One Main ever again. This agecy are Sharks that take advantage of hard working people! Trust & Believe they are Horrible!!!!!!

  Everyone here is so nice. Transferred from Indiana to Philadelphia without missing a beat. New loan in place while traveling to California. Couldn't have gone more smoothly!

  I had to give it a star but even that is too much One Main Financial focuses on predatory lending taking advantage of people who have fair to poor credit lending money with outrageous interest rates. When you log on to the site you balance is a pre-computed balance to intentionally deceive people of how much you really owe. The payoff amount is totally different than the pre-computed balance. A bunch of thieves.

  Great place to work with, the people at this office are kind and willing to help you and give you options for the best deal. I keep coming back due to the customer service
