  From my first phone call to the very end of my dealings with One Main, I was shown politeness, knowledge, friendliness and exceptional attention to detail. The manager, Sol, was eager and happy to be of service and to arrange an appointment for me to set up loan arrangements in their Tucson office. Being from Wisconsin, I was unfamiliar with their exact location in the mall and when I phoned them, they guided me directly to their office and met me at the door with smiling faces. Sol introduced me to a wonderful young man (Francisco) who then took me into a private office to explain all of the necessary details. I believe he was the nicest and "best of the best" in his job position. Nothing was too much for him to do for me and he made the loan process seem far more simple than most people would have ... plus he did it with a warm smile and friendly, yet professional manner.   Have had two loans and always professional and polite. Well the truth comes out finally. They tell you one thing and then find out its a lie. Don't trust anything they say. Wont do anything to help you. One person tells you one thing and another will say its wrong and tell you something different. In this economic times and out of work cause of covid19 and wont help you.

  Was lead to believe that I was approved for loan for $2750 based on the 2 vehicles. I was told I would have a call within 24hours. I heard nothing for almost a week. When I called I was told, oops sorry but because of income we have declined you. Well thank you for miss leading my family that a loan was possible. Very unprofessional service, in not even a phone call. They could have mentioned this during the process, then I would have declined the hard hit on my CBR. And looked for other options. LOAN BUYER'S BE WHERE, THEY TELL YOU ONE THING AND DO ANOTHER.

  Dont fill out that request to talk to them. They run you credit without your permission. These folks are crooked and desparate
