  No starts is what they should give these clowns. They are loan sharks. Be careful. They yell at you if you call to make other payment arrangements, berate you if you try to work with them. Go elsewhere. No recommendation here. loan is paid and im done!

  Christine was the representative that helped us, she was OUTSTANDING! Everyone working at this branch always treat us with kindness and respect....and never once seemed bothered by my questions, and I had a lot of them! I would recommend One Main Financial in Pueblo Colorado to everyone! Thanks so much to all of you with helping us obtain the loan to buy furniture for our new house! We look forward to doing business with you again in the future!

  I had a terrible experience! First of all their customer service skills is beyond unprofessional, i would be embarrassed if I were the owner or manager. They talk down to you, like we the customer should be embarrassed to want to get a loan. They were also very secretive, they would ask me very odd and personal questions and I would ask what that would have to do with the loan and they would cut me off and rudely respond "its required." The loan I was getting I was told they didnt need collateral but yet they wanted every little information about my vehicle and again I would ask why just to be cut off again and was just told again " its required." Now mind you online when I initially applied for this, it was written out in detail what was "required" and not required. And really all that was required was most recent pay stub your ID and of course your social to do a credit check. At this point I was pretty put off between the secretiveness, rudeness and unprofessionalism. The lady then tells me she would call me back to get me scheduled to come in and sign the papers to get the loan. After waiting for days I never got a call back so I had to call them and again followed by more attitude and unprofessionalism. Needless to say I didnt go through with it and happily and successfully went a different route. I'm glad I didn't go through them especially after reading the reviews. I wouldn't waste your time nor trust this place with your information or to get a loan.

  The fact that COVID is active when we did the loan may have some to do with this. The visit to the branch to initiate the loan was ok, the precautions were in place, and that process went as smoothly as possible. The signing at home after all the hoops had been jumped through wasn't that bad. The fact that once you sign the contract and sign up for paperless, --- YOU CAN'T GET TO THE PAPERLESS CONTRACT TO REVIEW OR ANYTHING!!!!! I thought paperless meant that they didn't send paper, little did I know it meant they don't share anything but the billed amount!

  do not go to this company for a loan they say it'll take 2hrs which can take more then 6hrs or days according to the "manager" who thinks she's the customer!!! Daniel never called back and probably never will...lol

  I must say that Nikita Wint - Personal Loan Specialist took us in on a Holiday Weekend and took the time to assist us in a Loan and made it possible once again... She was most excellent with Her Loan Process and dealing with Me and my Wife... : ) Thank's Again Nikita... YOU Are an Awesome Individual. Also... The Manager was most Kind and Professional with such a short notice... Suggestion... Be sure to make an appointment : )

  Talked to Jenna today and went over the contract. Jenna was funny, engaging and a blast to work with. So far everything is going good and I will increase to 5 stars as soon as I verify funds deposited and payments are deducted as scheduled. Would I recommend this branch, yes. I feel lucky to have gotten Jenna because she was profession but fun to work with.

  We love One Main Financial! They were willing to help with our loan needs and make sure we got the amount we needed! Stormy was great and so friendly. We request her everytime we stop in! Thanks One Main for being there for us to help build our credit!!

  Scammer alert!!! Shady practices!! Want to scam you out of as much money as they can. High interest, insurances, etc.... walked out of appointment!!! I help my friend with his finances, they invited us in but when I had questions suddenly I was asked to leave and they used COVID as their excuse!! In my opinion these are pathetic scam artist no different then someone fishing on the internet!!! Horrible people!!!!
