  Great staff, very informative and professional. Sam was great super helpful and kept in contact with me during the whole process. I was super impressed at actually how quick and easy the whole process went, I even had the funds in my account the very next morning. I highly recommend them.

  Honestly ,the worst experience I've ever had. I submitted my application on the 16th of October, they said I was pre-approved up to $14,000 but they needed me to provide more information ,( Such as my income,Drivers license, ECT). I received a phone call from Sam but I was out of state for work so I couldn't answer her. I thought I had some time to provide the information they asked for before they would run my credit. Turns out they never once spoke to me on the phone and just ran my credit without any other information. They based my application solely off my credit and not my income . I highly don't recommend going here EVER for a loan or anything in that case . Super disappointed, now I have a inquiry on on my credit report because of this company 😠

  We applied for a loan and got approved but later on they called back and said the money we made doesn’t qualify for the loan even though they are the worst company to have financial services LOL how come they didn’t say that when they reviewed everything about our credit. don’t trust them all they want is your money and a waste of your time go look for a better financial services.

  No email address for the “bankers” Sam was very nice so I gave the store a 2, but Kayla was extremely rude and cutting me off and being really demanding and just huge lack of professionalism and knowledge/know how.

  The company as a whole had been difficult to work with, it took me many attempts to get the information I needed; but I was finally able to get what I was looking for thanks to Amanda O. Once we got in contact, my problem was resolved quickly and painlessly.
