      I would highly recommended credilife to anyone who’s trying to repair there credit and gain more knowledge doing so. Every encounter I have they have been positive and respectful. The coaching calls provided great feed back as well. My scores started out low 500’s and it’s the 700’s in less than a year . They also taught me how beneficial owning credit cards are when you use them the right way . I feel more prepared and knowledgeable in my credit journey and will make smarter decisions in the future.

      Don’t do it. They’re a bunch of scammers. I hired them to fix my credit over 3 years ago and they ended up getting me sued. Their letters are unethical and all they care about is the money. You have to pay an additional onboarding fee and then a monthly payment, and after you cancel they still charge you for months at a time. They are currently trying to have a collection company collect a payment that they wanted AFTER I canceled!!!!!

      At Credilife® we use a factual technical investigation strategy focusing on aspects within each account that may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable as of today. We do not implement unethical investigative strategies such as claims of "not mine", the filing of police reports, and other unscrupulous methodologies. Ignoring past due financial obligations may result in lawsuits. We never advice our clients not to pay their debts. In fact, a larger part of our program revolves around credit and financial education, credit building, savings, debt and money management. Our records indicate this account was suspended for non-payment and we were not given the respect of a return call or response to efforts to resolve the $135.00 open invoice. Most of our clients come to us demanding more from themselves... motivated and ready for change. If you are sick and tired of having bad credit, if you find yourself in a forever cycle of living paycheck to paycheck and being held back from your credit and financial related goals, Credilife® is the company for you. Seriously—-more contact from them after leaving this review than when I was paying the every month. I would love a refund of everything I paid. Jerrad said he couldn't help me with the situation with the credit reporting of my current mortgage which was pretty much the entire reason I wanted to use credilife. I was told by the first guy in the initial consult that they could help. Jerrad said they couldn't and told me it would be best for me to call my mortgage service directly about the reporting. Well I followed Jerrad's advice and my credit score TANKED. All that changed in the long run with credilife is I have you guys over $1000.

      Hi Lena, I apologize for the difficulty you've described in connecting with your coach. We work very hard to make ourselves available to our clients. In addition to direct to coach Text and Phone availability, we provide our clients the ability to book appointments using individual booking links unique to each coach. This method of pre-scheduling calls allows the coaches to set aside time to not only prepare, but to also give our clients their full attention without distraction. That said, we know that pre-scheduled calls are not a fit for everyone in every situation so we also accept inbound calls Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm CST, use a support ticketing system for emails to support and billing, a Facebook Group for posted questions, and a personal and private communication dashboard that is hosted individually for each client. I'm sorry that we didn't have the opportunity to connect sooner, but either way, I appreciate you sharing your experience as we are always striving to do better. I’ve reviewed your file and am happy to see the very positive investigative results, but I also see where you were up against a unique situation that we were trying to assist you with. It is challenging when someone is struggling with a scenario that is not common because we don’t have the systems in place to address them as efficiently, but it is through these challenges that we learn to set better expectations of time frames and potential outcomes.       I haven't had the money to hire the professionals yet but plan to once I'm back working from maternity leave. In the free group I've learned about settlement techniques, not to offer even dollar or percentage amts start lower than what you actually are willing to pay to leave room to negotiate. I've learned about credit mix and utilization percentages. I've learned about investigating vs disputing and how there is more hope of fixing my credit than I ever thought possible before. I have hope that one day we will no longer be stuck in a motel and can have a home.

      What a great investment in myself. Chris always took the time to explain credit and how it works. I learned so much and Read the benefits of having good credit. I went up nearly 200 points from when I started to the end. I was able to buy a new home on acreage. I was able to get approved for credit cards and credit lines that I was never able to do before.       I'm doing credit repair myself by getting tips and listening to your live videos about collections on Facebook. I had a total of 4 collection on my credit report and successfully have had 3 removed from my Credit report.. I'm in the process of removing my last collection.       I literally knew nothing about credit before this. I was able to send out all my investigation letters, validation letters, opened up two secured cards, a Fingerhut, and a installment loan. They help you learn how to do it on your own but also have a great step program to follow as well. My score is slowly going up but I love that I have a reliable source. I watch all the lives now in their free Facebook advice group and I’m just so excited that I’m learning and now able to help other friends from what I’ve learned.

      I joined the Facebook group and it was good at first. Then I kept getting private messages from people trying to sell me stuff. I even got a message that if I did a good review I would be paid 20.00 and I did not do it!!! I got out of the group and will leave any questions to a professional not a group of people who act like they know what is going on.

      Credilife has helped me a lot. I was with them for a short duration but within that time frame, i learned alot. This isnt one of those "wham bam, thank you ma'am" credit repair services. They take their time to work with you as well as teach you. Their credilife coaches make the process very smooth and they not only tell you what theyre doing they show you the process every step of the way.
